Astrophotography Workshops

Astrophotography Workshops
These aren’t weekend getaways.
They’re high-altitude, deep-sky pilgrimages.

Our Astrophotography Workshops are immersive experiences for dedicated astrophiles and sky photographers who want to push the limits of what their gear — and their imagination — can do. These multi-day workshops take place in some of India’s most remote and pristine dark sky locations: windswept deserts, icy valleys, stark ridgelines — where the night feels close enough to touch.
Led by our in-house astrophotographers and StarGuides, we set up temporary observatories in these wild terrains — complete with tracked mounts, deep-sky imaging equipment, guided telescope sessions, and expert mentoring. Whether you’re learning to shoot your first Milky Way arch, experimenting with light painting, or capturing nebulas and star clusters, this is your canvas.

What to Expect
Remote, Raw, Real
Camps in places like Spiti, Ladakh, Hanle, or the Himalayas. Expect limited connectivity, high altitudes, and unpredictable weather — but skies so dark they’ll make your eyes well up.
Full-Scale Astro Setups
Telescopes, tracking mounts, DSLR rigs, star trackers, filters, power stations — we bring the gear so you can focus on the frame.
Expert Mentorship
Learn directly from our astrophotography team: framing, focusing, stacking, post-processing, and navigating complex gear setups — tailored to your level, beginner to pro.
Drop-In Friendly
During the workshop period, guests and participants can visit even for just a night to enjoy the celestial shows, get a telescope tour, or receive one-on-one photo guidance.
Who It’s For

Passionate astrophotographers (DSLR, mirrorless, or telescope-based)

Astronomy enthusiasts seeking deep-sky clarity

Adventurers willing to rough it a little for a once-in-a-lifetime sky

Solo travelers, photography clubs, small groups
Come Prepared
This isn’t glamping. Nights are cold, days are rugged, and electricity is precious. But the rewards? Nebulas glowing in raw unfiltered clarity. Star trails over silent peaks. Jupiter and Saturn, side by side. A sky you’ll never see from anywhere else.
