Ticket and Camping Packages
Premium Package: ₹8500 for two people
- Includes a two-person Decathlon or equivalent tent, entry, all meals on specific dates, all activities, and a special activity kit box.
- Full access to all shows, activities, and events.
- Transportation provided from the bottom of George Everest hill.
- Meals include dinner on May 31, lunch and gala dinner on June 1, plus snacks and tea.
- Access to pee-safe toilets at the venue.
- Tent options include:
- Rs 8500 for a two-person tent
- Rs 15000 for a three or four-person tent
- Rs 7000 for single occupancy in a two-person tent
*No Cancellations After 20th May:* Cancellations are not allowed after 20th May, except by the organizer due to acts of God.
*Extreme Weather:* In the event of extreme weather leading to cancellation by us, a new weekend date will be announced. Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
Children below 12 yrs and accompanied with adult who has taken the event access or packages will be allowed free .

Terms and Conditions

Event Schedule and Changes: The event is subject to favorable weather conditions and may be rescheduled as necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Fees and Payments: The registration fee is INR 999 per person. This fee is non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers, where participants may choose to attend a subsequent event or receive a full refund.

Inclusions: Registration includes access to all scheduled activities and an Astro-kit, which will be provided
as a memento at the event.

Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for their own transportation and logistics to the event venue. Accommodation and meals are not included in the registration fee, but information on local options will be provided.

Itinerary: A detailed agenda and itinerary will be emailed to registered participants within 10 days of
successful registration.

Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that they are attending the event at their own risk and release Starscapes Experiences Pvt. Ltd. from any claims related to injuries or damages incurred at the event.
