Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement & Contract Formation
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Spain Solar Eclipse Tour. By booking, you confirm acceptance of all listed terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings must be made through the official website. A booking amount of ₹49,999 is required to confirm your spot. Balance must be paid as per the schedule communicated at time of booking.
3. Inclusions & Exclusions
Includes accommodation, daily breakfast, guided tours, transfers, and Total Solar Eclipse observation. Excludes international flights, personal expenses, camera fees, and anything not explicitly mentioned.
4. Travel Documents & Insurance
A valid passport is required. Obtaining a valid Schengen visa is solely the traveller's responsibility. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The booking amount of ₹49,999 is fully refundable if cancelled before June 30, 2026. No refund will be applicable for cancellations made after this date.
6. Weather & Eclipse Visibility
The organiser does not guarantee eclipse visibility due to weather or atmospheric conditions. No refund or compensation shall be provided on account of weather-related events.
7. Changes to Itinerary
The itinerary may be altered due to local conditions, government directives, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the organiser's control.
8. Safety
All participants must use certified ISO 12312-2 eclipse glasses during the solar eclipse. The organiser shall not be liable for injury resulting from improper use of viewing equipment.
9. Liability
The organiser's maximum liability is limited to the tour cost paid. No liability is accepted for loss, injury, or damages beyond the tour cost.
10. Privacy
Personal data collected during booking will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy law and used solely for trip-related communication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
